Protec Building Services is currently looking for reliable, hardworking, skilled technicians to join our growing company in our Los Angeles office. Must be dependable, self-starter, enthusiastic and highly motivated. Fast paced environment with continuous full-time work.

Our ideal applicants will have 3-5+ years of professional experience in construction, commercial building maintenance and/or residential repairs. ProTec provides a wide range of serves, so we need people who have a broad skill set.

Perform preventive maintenance on all equipment (i.e. boilers, chillers, HVAC-Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, electrical, etc.).

• Oversee high-rise building systems and mechanical inspections.
• Responsible for client retention and client relationships.
• The well-being of the building
• Required experience in DDC automated building controls, power distribution emergency power systems, cooling towers, boilers, water treatment, air handlers and package units.
• Trade skills and building systems knowledge required.
• Customer Service

Candidates skilled with a minimum of two core construction trades are encouraged to apply as well.

• Reliable Transportation: preferably a truck (Need to be able to haul a generator and ladder)
