FAMILY PRACTICE NURSE PRACTITIONER/PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Hartford, CT

Opportunity for full time Family Practice Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to work collaboratively with three family practice physicians to provide the best of care for their pediatric, adult and elderly patients.

Successful candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills, customer service orientation, critical thinking, effective clinical aptitudes, as well as a proven ability to manage care independently.

The office is located on Mount Sinai Hospital the campus of St Francis Hospital. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. You must have a current Connecticut license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Experience preferred. New grads are welcome to apply.
