Habitat for Humanity of Collier County is searching for a Family Services Assistant to join our Immokalee team. This position is critical to serving the homeowners and community as a front-line resource to support our advisors and community outreach team.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Answer phone and assist the caller with questions or route to the appropriate resource.
  • Collect mortgage payments and assist as needed for remote deposit needs.
  • Provide initial screening forms and information to those inquiring about our services.
  • Process mail and distribute to the appropriate team member.
  • Order supplies as directed by leadership.
  • Assist with insurance applications and renewal process as needed.
  • Set up as needed informational meetings held at the facility.
  • Other administrative duties to support the office.
