Pay: $19.00 to $23.00 per hour (depending on the shift schedule & experience)

Work Schedule: 3 Available Shift Schedules. 8-hour shifts.

• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday; 7:00am to 3:00pm (Day Shift).
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday; 3:00pm to 11:00pm (PM Shift).
• 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday; 11:00pm to 7:00am (Night Shift).

Essential Responsibilities:

ALCIVIA is looking for a Feed Manufacturing Operator to manufacture, inspect, package, and load animal feed related products in preparation for delivery to members.

• Assist in the efficient scaling of hand additives
• Follow HACCP guideline, policies, and procedures
• Bag and package feed
• Scale and load feed trucks
• Receive in bulk ingredients
• Maintain equipment and facilities
• Take pride in cleaning work area
• Always have a safety-first approach
• Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible
• Help out in other areas of the business as bandwidth allows
• Other duties as assigned

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous feed operator experience preferred
• Agriculture background a plus
• Some computer and technology skills
• Good written and verbal and communication
• Able to lift 50 plus pounds
• Self-directed and focuses on taking action
• Ability to identify objectives and recommend the best solutions
• Possess a strong set of core values and beliefs
• Accept responsibility while maintaining integrity
• Remain persistence and recover quickly from setbacks
