Reports to AVP, Claims Administration
Overview:
Maintains relationships with existing JM&A Group dealer clients within the Fixed Operations department. Ensures the smooth operation of dealership back-office functions related to new relationship/product launches, training, claims, contracts, and general inquiries related the overall relationship with JM&A. Supports Field Sales, Fixed Ops Consulting activities as well as customer support related to claims. Support functions will be handled primarily through virtual solutions and may require up to 50% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Use knowledge of fixed operations service and/or warranty trends and practices to identify and escalate issues that arise in the service drive
- Ensure communication to key stakeholders occurs on a regular cadence and make recommendations as appropriate
- Work with the Claims Department and Field Sales to handle claims escalations to conclusion
- Identify when opportunities should be escalated to Fixed Ops Consulting
- Consult and train dealership back office and service drive personnel on Dealer Source and self-service features and complete Dealer Source administration needs
- Assist the Claims Department with the adherence of special claims handling requests
- Ensure dealership understanding of the claims authorization process
- Assist with claims payment reconciliation process when necessary
- Address issues related to contracts that need to be re-booked due to errors
- Assist claims with the handling of goodwill requests
- Work with dealership on claims data inquiries and experience report Analysis
- Perform product knowledge training and assist with general inquiries
- Perform claims reconciliation and address escalation issues related to claims and customer service
- Assist with labor rate changes and ensure required documentation has been submitted
Compensation:
In compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (EPEWA) we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be, or could be, performed in Colorado.
Compensation offered for this role is $97,000-$135,000 and is based on experience and qualifications. This role offers an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 10% of eligible pay.

- Bachelor Degree and/or equivalent leadership experience
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a dealership in areas such as service, warranty or fixed operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence autonomously
- Ability to work collaboratively across levels within the organization
- Proven track record of influencing all levels of internal clients/customer needs
- Must possess strong analytical, critical thinking skills and as well as presentation skills
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects while driving results
- Understanding of JM&A after products and services
- Ability to exhibit conflict management skills
- Able to travel up to 50%
