Reborn Cabinets has been in business for nearly 40 years and is the leading provider of home remodeling services with locations throughout the West Coast. We are excited to announce our expansion into Portland and are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter/ Field Engineer to join our award-winning team and assist with the expansion!
Responsibilities
- Work independently in a traveling field role in support of the kitchen remodeling and refacing department
- Meet with client to review the contract and job scope with the client. Discuss suggestions or modifications that may better serve the client
- Pre-measure-review the contract, job photos, and pricing breakdown
- Provide accurate measurements, entering and transmitting measurements by drawings or iPad, product inquiries, and coordinating with operations and sales teams to ensure a seamless installation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of finish carpentry experience
- 5+ years installing cabinets & cabinet refacing
- Basic knowledge in plumbing, electrical and framing needed
- Woodworking background
- Working knowledge of kitchen design
- Ability to visualize a new design from old
- Experience with measuring projects in construction or design
- Ability to create hand drawn layouts of projects with accurate measurements
- Must be able to read hand-drawn layouts and blueprints
- Experience with cabinets or cabinet refacing
- Basic computer skills and the ability to upload measure photos, information, and documents
- Must be able to type at a minimum of 30 wpm
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Must have a valid driver's license with valid vehicle insurance

Pay: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
