Welltec operates in different locations supporting the different oil and gas basins in U.S.A and Canada. We are seeking Field Engineers to support and be part of this expansion. You will join teams based in Alaska, Cranberry PA, Denver Colorado, Houma LA, Minot ND, Midland TX, San Antonio TX in USA, and Edmonton AB in Canada.

The North American region has experienced strong growth in activity, and to further strengthen and support our operations, we are looking for highly motivated Engineers and Technologists.

We support industry-leading global operators across different oil & gas basins in the USA, Canada and the Caribbeans.

You will receive exceptional training that will guarantee a successful career in diverse roles and responsibilities in the energy industry.

We have positions available in Prudhoe Bay AK, Cranberry PA, Denver CO, Houma LA, Minot ND, Midland TX, San Antonio TX in the USA, and Edmonton AB in Canada.

• Prepare and execute complex onshore and offshore operations in North America
• Perform job load-out and rig up/down at wellsite, in both onshore and offshore environments
• Follow detailed processes and procedures, including risk analysis to maintain an industry-leading level of service quality
• Uphold a high level of customer service at all times
• Undertake technical, safety, and shop/office responsibilities as assigned by the Service Delivery Manager (SDM)
• Learn the process of exploring and developing the energy industry and the contributions of the diverse service companies supporting the industry

The preferred candidate has the following profile:

• Relevant diploma/degree: Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering Technology
• Ability to learn quickly and a lifelong learner
• Leads by example in promoting and maintaining a safe workplace and holding others in the field accountable to this high standard
• Be a highly motivated individual who approach challenges with a positive attitude and is willing to work under pressure and in varying remote conditions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be teachable, coachable, willing to push boundaries and challenge conventional thinking
• Team player with leadership skills
• Be an ambassador for Welltec and Welltec technology when performing jobs on site – This includes building good relationships and promoting Welltec services
• Must be available to relocate
• Valid Class Driver’s license and clean record (required)
• Must be authorized to live and work in the USA or Canada
