Job description
The Field Foreman is responsible for the completion of a specific job. They have to exercise strong leadership skills to oversee the entire project, ensure that their team is working safely and efficiently, and address any job site concerns. A Field foreman will also be responsible for communicating project process to project managers. The Field Foreman may also issue reports, progress updates, time cards, and make decisions related to supplier and vendor relationships. Other duties, include routine maintenance and repair to equipment in addition to knowing and operating trucks, front-end loaders, scrapers, dozers, graders, compactors, snowblowers and other pieces of equipment.
Please provide past 5 season experience to include equipment operated and type of work performed.
