CHARLOTTE TERRITORY ACCOUNT MANAGER FOR OWL’S BREW

We are looking for: A highly motivated Charlotte Territory Account Manager to support on and off premise field sales development in the Chicago Area that exhibits a very high sense of urgency, be well organized, possess a great attitude, be a team player and have the ability to build strong working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. The successful applicant must have a background in sales, preferably in the beer or liquor industry. This applicant must be an independent self-starter and must reside within Charlotte.
Job Description:
In-market activity including
- Working towards case equivalent goals in target neighborhoods
- Account management (account visits, POS management, demos, on-premise samplings & marketing events)
- Ride-withs with wholesaler Reps on a regular basis. Provide best practices in market execution/activation drives against key market initiatives, new item launches, and distribution drives.
- Crew Drive coordination
- Creates, presents, and tracks sales incentive programs to wholesalers
- Tracking chain partnership mandates & authorization, communicating gaps to wholesalers
- Weekly recaps and communication to home-market wholesaler
- Monitors inventory & sales volume goals for wholesalers within market
- Presents new SKUs and marketing strategies to wholesalers
- Maintains account call reporting and sales data in Wiser
- Gap reports and data analysis in ViP
- Reports competitive trends and development to the Regional Business Manager & Director of Sales
- Must meet or exceed mutually agreed upon performance goals (KPIs)
