Job Summary
Field Service Technicians perform emergency and preventive maintenance on a wide range of cash automation equipment to include counters, recyclers and ATM’s.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

Install and repair machines

• Upgrade software and hardware
• Diagnose system complications and perform repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance
• Effectively communicate with QDS team members
• Effectively communicate through Microsoft Outlook

Qualification/Competencies/Work* Experience Requirements:

• Ability to work full-time (at least 40 hours per week)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to provide superior customer service
• Ability to read, interpret and follow diagrams and manuals.
• Ability to drive up to 6-8 hours per day.
• Ability to stand, sit and/or bend for extended periods of time
• Ability to stretch and reach above your head
• Ability to work extended hours as needed to meet customers’ demands
• Ability to maintain a reliable means of transportation with valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Ability to maintain technical competencies of product lines that are supported
• Ability to work independently in a detail and deadline sensitive environment
• Ability to work weekends and/or holidays in rotation (not a requirement of the position)

Preferred Education and Experience:

Highschool Diploma Required

• Associates degree preferred

• NCR Certification preferred, but not required

• OEM ATM certification desirable

Standing, sitting, bending, twisting, for extended periods of time
Subject to working outside in varying weather conditions
Lifting objects weighing up to 50-75 pounds
