Elijah House is seeking Field Supervisors in the Santa Cruz area.

Field Supervisors/Drivers will transport and supervise road crews that are contracted with Cal Trans.

• Utilize The Elijah House vehicles/vans to transport work crews to various locations for litter abatement, graffiti removal, brush removal, etc
• Oversee the day to day operations of road crew, including training, managing & evaluating road crew employees, while maintaining safety standards, on a daily basis
• Preparing work crew for success by teaching them critical employment soft skills and transferable skills.
• Work with the Operations Supervisor to build internal support for your team
• Maintaining and submitting the necessary documentation
• Responsible for assuring that work crew vehicles are in proper working condition, contain proper tools and equipment, and are outfitted for the day’s work assignment.
• Other duties as assigned within the scope of this position

Requirements:

• valid driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to pass drug testing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
