Love FileMaker? You've found the right team. Codence is searching for a FileMaker Technical Lead, with Accounting expertise to support our existing clients and help grow our team.

For us, we're consultants first: we look for people with strong written and oral communication, friendly, with a primary focus on serving others. We believe FileMaker's best strength is its ability to solve problems and take some of the madness out of the work we all face in life.

You should be willing to learn from and share knowledge with the team, with clients, and with the community at large. We're looking for someone to coach and manage other developers, to lead by example, to be technologically curious, to work with our partners (including Claris), and to be really sharp.

We work with dozens of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses, and we take on a few pro bono projects as we can. We work independently, flexibly, and make time for family, friends, and other pursuits. We try to walk the walk when it comes to managing by mutual agreement.
