Job RequirementsRole Purpose
The Financial Assistant provide administrative support to the Finance Department. Is a professional who gathers and analyzes data to assist internal duties. Is an opportunity to learn as much as possible about the internal duties in the Finance department involving various subject matters.
Key Responsibilities
Generate reports of accounts receivable (weekly, monthly, and quarterly)
Prepare the commission statements and request payments on a monthly basis
Apply collections and payments on a weekly basis
Support and gather information for the audit process Review and support financial statements to identify trends that may affect the business Perform specials projects and other related duties as assigned
Work Experience
Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related areas Learning agility Able to work in team and independently Flexible on changing environments Self-motivated for seeking own development Focused on results Intermediate knowledge in MS Applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point) Intermediate knowledge of the structure and content of the English and Spanish Language
Experience Entry level or 1 year experience
