MSR Asset Vehicle (MAV) is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its investments team in Atlanta, GA.
MAV is a specialized investment vehicle focused on investing in and servicing of Mortgage Servicing Rights ("MSR") with an asset base of $700 + Mn. The company was established in 2021 and is co-sponsored by Oaktree Capital Management and Ocwen Financial Corporation. MAV is licensed to operate in all 50 states and is approved by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
The role provides an opportunity to work with a leading investment team and learn the mortgage domain and the investment process. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate with strong financial modeling skills and 1-2 years of relevant work experience, looking to pursue a career in investment management or data analytics.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluating investment opportunities across various products in the mortgage domain
- Responsible for creating and managing data analytics tools/repositories tracking sector performance
- Conducting asset class and market research in support of investment theses
- Assisting in evaluating and documenting prospective investment opportunities
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will exhibit the following characteristics
- Undergraduate/Graduate degree with a specialization in Finance, Economics, Data Processing/Analytics
- Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of corporate finance
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python
- Superior analytical skills and exceptional communication skills
- Self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
