What you’ll do:

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards
• System administrator for budget and reporting software
• Analyze financial results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, provide forecasting support
• Partner with business areas to review and finalize annual budgets and review budget vs actual variances
• Assist with planning and implementing upgrades of financial reporting software
• Maintain and update policies and procedures

To be considered for this position, you must have:

• The ability to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of the department
• The ability to work well in a team environment, and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with management throughout the organization
• Analytical abilities
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience in annual budget process and budget software
• Financial systems experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field and 5 years of experience

The strongest candidates for this position will also possess:

• Prior financial report writing experience
