Job description
The Financial Analyst compiles and analyzes financial information for Bravera Health Brooksville and Bravera Health Spring Hill. He/she develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management. Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in related field required.
Experience: Experience with personal computer applications including but not limited to Microsoft office. Requires one year on-the-job training to become familiar with hospital policies and procedures, financial reporting, and the overall operations of the hospital.
