Position Requirements:

- Entrepreneurial spirit

- Industry experience (for consideration minimum 3 years +Financial Services Industry experience - DO NOT APPLY OTHERWISE)

- Any or all of the following CA State Insurance Licenses (Life & Health or Property & Casualty)

- Clean compliance record from previous firm with minimal U4 disclosures

- Any or all of the following FINRA Securities Registrations (Minimum Series 6 or Series 7 Preferred and Minimum Series 63, Series 65 or Series 66 Preferred)

- Any of the following Advanced Professional Designations / Degrees (CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, CIMA®, CASL®, CLTC®, CFA®, MBA, JD) (preferred but not mandatory / re-imbursement for full-time associates for advanced designation / advanced degree attainment)

Salary: $80,000.00 to $250,000.00 /year
