Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the team in client case preparation
• Preliminary Portfolio Analysis
• Preliminary Planning Analysis
• Proposal & Presentation Assistance
• Assist with Trading
• Investment Research

We are looking for an individual with the following traits:

• Series 7 Licensed
• Experience w/ NFS, Envestnet, Wealthscape, or Advisor 360
• Experienced in Salesforce
• Process Driven
• Detail oriented
• Efficient
• Analytical
• Enjoys being a part of a team
• Comfortable with complex software, spreadsheets, numbers
• Able to prioritize (multi-task)
• Comfortable with strict deadlines and varying workload
• Understands the value their process driven work adds to the team and to client's perception of service experience

Salary: $65,000 (With Series 7 License) plus performance bonus (Up to 20% total bonus potential)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
