All Shifts Available! Full-Time ( 40+) & Part-Time (16 - 25 Hours) - See Below
Wage $17.00 / Hour Start ($16.00 / Hour + $1 / Regular Hour Attendance Incentive)
Growth: Certification Pay up to $2.00 + Incentive Pay ($0.75 - $4.50) + Technical Pay (certain positions)
Base Wages: 1st Shift $16.00 + $1.00 Attendance Incentive
2nd Shift $17.00 + $1.00 Attendance Incentive
Modified $17.50 + $1.00 Attendance Incentive
Schedules 1st Shift Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm, Extended hours/Saturdays production needs.
2nd Shift Monday - Thursday, 1:30PM - 12:00AM (Midnight), Extended hours/Fridays, production needs.
Modified Wednesday - Saturday, 8:00AM - 6:30PM
Purpose: The purpose of the Finish Process Team Member is to provide quality application by hand sanding, scuff sanding or wipe staining on various sized cabinetry and door pieces. Hand Sanding preps pieces for finish application and Scuff Sanding removes any imperfections on the surface after the base coat is applied. Hand Sanding / Scuff Sanding will ensure a smooth and consistent finish on each part of our custom cabinetry. The Wipe Stain process is another application for our custom cabinetry.

- Learn what a jitterbug, hand sander and sandpaper are and how to use these tools
- Learn what is “custom” cabinetry
- Learn all the paints and stains offered at Crestwood, Inc. to our customers
- Learn to use a jitterbug sander without burning through the paint or sealer on cabinetry pieces.
- Learn about “grit” – sandpaper grit with the jitterbug, by hand or with an edge profile
- Learn and understand what it takes to meet Crestwood's quality standards
- Learn and then maintain production flow at an appropriate rate
- Learn and adhere to department protocols (5S and Safety)
