The position of Traffic Controller requires a high level of attentiveness and organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and strong organizational abilities. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and as a member of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Know the local roads.
- Be able to read maps on laptops and smartphones.
- Be able to direct traffic.
- Make the best use of the infrastructure to move traffic.
- Follow all safety procedures.
- Take cash from drivers for parking tickets and give tickets to drivers in the correct time.
- Be able to drive a car five years ago without needing lessons.
- Work with colleagues to ensure smooth flow of traffic.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
