MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY
The Fleet and Facility Manager at Gunter Construction Company is a full time position managing the logistics of construction equipment between job sites. This position will also be managing the maintenance of the Gunter Construction warehouse and office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the movement of all equipment to necessary job sites
- Track all license renewals for equipment
- perform light maintenance on Gunter Equipment and vehicles
- Track and organize all tools in the field and warehouse
- Order tools and supplies when needed
- Work closely with Superintendents to ensure that they have all required equipment on the job site
- Manage light maintenance of the Gunter Construction Company offices
- Organize the warehouse and yard to maintain a consistent flow of materials and tools
- Be proactive in assigning equipment to job sites
Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Mechanical knowledge
- KDOT and MODOT knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills
Requirements:
- 3 years of fleet management experience
- 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience
- 2 years office experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
