We are seeking a full-time Floor Manager to Join Our Team in our restaurant located in Scarsdale, NY!

Floor managers will work in a collaborative manner with the General Manager and restaurant staff to ensure a smooth operation. Floor Managers are expected to be proactive and remain flexible to business needs.

Floor Managers will be responsible for overseeing the restaurants’ operation while leading our team to provide customers with a memorable dining experience and maintaining a friendly, professional and cordial work environment.

Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate all restaurants’ operation

· Oversee guest services and resolve issues promptly, discreetly and proficiently

· Hire, train and manage FOH staff

· Assist generating reports using POS and spreadsheets

· Support and enforce safety and sanitation regulations

· Work collaboratively with our director of operations

· Serve as liaison between management and staff

​Qualifications:

· 3-5 years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant in NY

· Soft skills: knowledgeable, strong leadership qualities, detail oriented and proactive

Highly Desirables:

· Knows Micros POS system and/or Toast (Big plus)
