We are looking for a hard working, motivated individual with an eye for detail to join our team as a Flooring Consultant. If you are looking for a company where you are part of family, then Rite Rug is the place for you!$40,000 to $80,000 the 1st year!
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
- Determine customer needs and match appropriately with our products
- Promote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and services
- Provide measurements for installation
- Receive and process payments according to Rite Rug procedures
- Follow up to ensure that the job is completed to the customer’s satisfaction
- Develop a thorough knowledge of all flooring products
- Performs other duties as assigned
- MUST have one year of sales experience!
- Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.
- Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.
- Be able to work independently and problem solve.
- Must be computer literate.
