In the heart of the Gold Coast, sits our award winning RACV Royal Pines Resort, catering for the largest of events, of up to 1500 guests. Combining 5,300sqm of high-end, purpose-built & versatile conference & event facilities, our property is an idyllic location for sporting groups, conferences and meetings, weddings, gala events, exhibitions and product launches. Be it in the Royal Benowa Ballroom, or under the stars, around the poolside or podium lawns, our team goes above & beyond, to create memorable experiences.
About this opportunity
We are looking for
experienced Food & Beverage Attendants to join our busy Conference & Events team, who will be customer facing, delivering 5 star service with a friendly smile, and a positive & professional approach.
These positions are casual, working a 7 day rotating roster. Shift times range between 5am - midnight/2am. Full availability is required, including Monday-Friday daytime, as well as nights, weekends & public holidays.

We are looking for
- Passion for the hospitality industry & a desire to deliver 5 star service
- Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Attendant in an a la carte restaurant, hotel or similar environment
- Barista skills & experience
- Bar knowledge & experience including beer, wine, spirits & cocktails
- Carry 3 plates and a tray of drinks for table service
- Excellent communication skills incl. the ability to interact with guests well
- Positive 'can do' attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Work well in a team environment & can follow direction
- Current QLD RSA Certificate
- Excellent personal presentation
- Full working rights in Australia
