POSITIONS: Food Services Team Member (College Dining Services)

LOCATION: Sarasota, FL (New College of FL)

SALARY: Starting at 13-14/hr (negotiable / based on experience)

Metz Culinary Management is growing and we have openings for Rock Star Culinary and Hospitality driven Team Members who shares our passion for Food and Service. We are seeking Team Members for full and part-time roles in a busy Student Dining Services setting.

Whether you enjoy cooking, serving or customer relations, our Food Service Team is made up of multi-talented individuals, all contributing to the Culinary and Hospitality services ensuring our Students, Staff and Guests enjoy an amazing dining experience!

QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. This can be full or part-time and provides very flexible schedules. Hospitality experience is desired and a SMILE is required!

Requirements:

• Experience desired but we are willing to train candidates with a passion for food and understands the basics

• Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning

• Be willing to roll up sleeves and contribute where needed

• Hospitality-driven

• Able to work and thrive in a team environment

• Brings a SMILE and strong work ethic to the TEAM
