Duties of this position require the incumbent to be knowledgeable of and utilize the principles of Total Quality Management. This position requires lifting, pulling and squatting.

Set up Breakfast, Lunch, and Evening Meal Tray Line for the day.

Assemble Breakfast, Lunch and Evening meal trays.

Disassemble and clean tray line and area.

Disasseble and clean trayline and area and set up for the next day meals.

Attends inservice training and meetings as assigned.

While on duty, follows and carries out Florida State Hospital, Unit/Department Safety Practices and Policies.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
