***Starting rate at $18.00/hr. Come join the Novolex team! We are hiring immediately for Forklift/Material Handler positions. We are located at 620 Hardin Street, Coldwater, OH 45828
The Forklift / Material Handler has the responsibility of bringing raw materials safely to production floor and taking finished products back to the warehouse or loading them onto transfer trailers.
Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:
- Must be able to operate forklift and perform daily inspections.
- Must be aware of and follow all safety policies, including use of personal protective equipment, housekeeping, hazardous materials, etc.
- Must be able to interface with all departments concerning the timely distribution of materials TO production and movement of materials FROM production such as all boxes, polybags, etc.
- Any paperwork must be prepared timely and accurately and turned into the shift supervisor at the end of the shift.
