Description/Job Summary:

Looking to hire 2 operators to pull material orders for fence wholesale company. Operator is responsible for building loads for deliveries as well as customer pickups. In addition, must maintain a safe, clean and well organized yard. Also responsible for unloading inbound deliveries. Other duties as assigned. No weekends.

Essential Functions:

• Build loads for delivery
• Load and unload flatbed deliveries
• Operate forklift
• Load customer pickups in timely manner
• Keep foreman aware of any discrepancies
• Keep yard clean, organized, and safe

Required Skills:

• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
• Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out simple one or two-step instructions
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Experience working in a team atmosphere
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Must take and pass drug test and background check
• Work outdoors year round in all types of weather

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent: or 1 to 3 months related experience
• Must be able to operate a forklift
• Fence and Lumber experience is a plus
