FRANCHISE BUSINESS COACH - MAIDPRO, NORTHEAST TERRITORY
POSITION SUMMARY
The MaidPro Franchise Business Coach - Northeast Territory works with the Business Coaching team, and franchise community to increase revenue, profitability and satisfaction. The Support Coach provides an additional layer of support to guide franchise owners to the appropriate resources and tools for revenue growth.
The MaidPro Franchise Business Coach - Northeast Territory will collaborate with the coaching team to create, develop and enhance initiatives to increase profitability of franchise owners throughout the U.S. and Canada. The northeast franchise support coach initiates and implements project administration as well as event planning for assigned Peer Performance Group (PPG) meetups, calls and coaching events.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Primary point of contact for the MaidPro brand with all stakeholders for the Northeast (U.S. and Canada) region
- Provide franchisees with expert coaching advice and guidance to grow their sales and profits
- Lead implementation of brand initiatives and standards throughout the region
- Manage day-to-day business needs through SalesForce
- Schedule Open Hours, workshops, calls, and meetings as needed.
- Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across team and department heads.
- Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs to bridge any gaps within MaidPro Support Ecosystem.
- Lead additional business initiatives for the brand when needed
- Create, document and implement processes for the team as needed
- Contribute information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; resolving problems; optimizing and creating audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
Relationship Management - Serve as a liaison contact between the MaidPro Home Office and franchisees.
Peer Performance Groups (PPG)
- Responsible for planning and managing budgets
- Coordinate and manage franchisee in-person meetings and live phone calls/webinars to align with home office focus months.
- Coordinate specialized support and resources from the Home Office to take part in Peer Performance Group (PPG) calls
- Implementing resources to track business metrics and performance
- Running Leaders and Regional PPG calls
- Managing all aspects of annual meet-ups. Coordinating all travel plans for Home Office, accommodations, activities and structured office time for PPG groups
- Scheduling Quarterly Revenue PPG calls
- Check revenue for franchises and move to appropriate group as needed (bi-annually)
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
Analytical and critical thinking skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to take initiative
- Ability to work effectively independently, with team and other partners
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Doc, Salesforce
- Proficient with technology and ability to adopt new technologies (MS Office, CRM items, Google Docs )
- Strong desire to coach and help others
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field a plus
