We are hiring for a Front Desk Associate at Burn Boot Camp Newport News! Looking for energetic, fun loving, and personable individuals to join our team! We are looking for Part time staff who are available to work:

Tuesday & Thursday Mornings between 5:30am-10:45am

or

Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday Afternoons between 3:30pm-6:45pm

and

rotating Saturday mornings between 6:45am-10:15am.

Requirements For The Position

• Minimum 1 years sales experience required.
• Minimum 1 customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer services skills, outgoing, positive, motivational and friendly.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with members.
• Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional, tactful manner.
• Ability to multi-task and learn quickly.
• Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment.
• Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed.
• Model all gym activities through self-involvement (leading by example).

Essential Responsibilities:

• Performing all basic system transactions pertaining to billing and memberships
• Developing and maintaining relationships with current members on a first name basis
• Contribute to ongoing sales drives (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach)
• Compliance and adherence to Business Policies for daily gym operations
• Being knowledgeable of all products and programs
• Being responsive to member feedback and complaints and working towards timely resolution.
• Performing day to day operations and reports that pertain to success of gym under direction of Lead Trainer
