Summary
Motif Seattle, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel, is a chic, upscale boutique hotel in downtown Seattle. The architecture and design is heavily inspired by the city’s burgeoning fashion, music and art scenes. We have 319 guest rooms and over 22,000 square feet of meeting conference space. In addition, we are the home to award winning rooftop restaurant and bar, Frolik Kitchen+Cocktails.
We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team!
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a front desk agent a plus
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- Refined verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
