Opportunity : Front Desk guest service Agent

Flexibility to work any shift of the week.

Follow Front Desk Check list.

Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times.

Promptly , professionally and effectively deal with guest complaints and requests.

Check guest in and out efficiently and friendly manner.

Develope a thorough knowledge of hotel , local area, rooms and room rates ,amenities , and selling strategies .

Answer phones in a prompt and nice manner up-sell Rooms where possible to make reservations .

Ensure all credit cards , cash and change fund are balanced each shift.

Maintain high standards of service and hospitality.

You must be professional

Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, and report accidents, injuries , to manager follow all company policies and procedures.

Ensure uniform and personal appearance and clean and professional.
