SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Bilingual Front Office admin for a large, well-known client in Chicago, IL. As a Bilingual Front Office admin Support Associate for SURESTAFF, you will work in a fast-paced distribution environment and be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations including:
- Clerical Duties and Office Support
- Administrative Duties
- Greet all employees/new applicants
- Take applications and assist applicants with any questions
- Pass out checks
- Answer phones
- Help recruit, when needed
- Keep front area clean and organized
- Will need to be bilingual
- Have some experience with Office and computers
- High school diploma
- Previous experience handling office responsibilities or experience in customer serviced preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Solid time management skills; able to prioritize
- Must be Bilingual
