Who We are Looking For:

Safety and customer satisfaction are our top priorities. We are seeking a part time customer service/ front desk associate who is responsible for the first and last interactions with our valued guests. No prior Skydiving experience is needed, but those with experience in the sport are encouraged to apply. On the job training will be provided.

We operate 7 days a week, however, Skydiving is not a typical 9-5. Our schedule varies, so we are seeking a flexible individual who has the ability to work a flexible schedule. Currently, the estimated hours per week is 15-20 hours. We anticipate this need will increase to 20-25 hours per week from March through the summertime.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Acting as the first and last point of contact with our guests, providing the best possible customer experience
  • Check in guests while providing friendly, welcoming service
  • Harnessing guests by following proper technique and safety procedures
  • Facilitating SkyDive training for guests by educating them on proper safety procedures for the duration of their SkyDive experience
  • Sharing and transferring our guest’s SkyDive experience photos and videos
  • Handling cash and card payments for merchandise, SkyDives, and photo and video purchases
  • General maintenance of front office such as cleaning or organizing and stocking merchandise
  • Assisting with the organization of the daily schedule for jumps
  • Communicate with ground staff, scheduling staff, management, and instructors regarding customer related inquiries
  • Other miscellaneous tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • No formal education experience required
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience with Mac OS systems (nice to have)
  • Tech savvy
  • Experience with IOS and Android cellular devices

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
