Must be able to fill in for any AM or PM shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including check-in and check-out, guest inquiries, and reservations management.
- Must be able to fill in for any front desk shifts that call off
- Manage room inventory and optimize occupancy rates through effective reservation management and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
- Maintain accurate guest records and efficiently handle billing and payment transactions.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and evaluate guest feedback, responding to reviews and taking proactive steps to address areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless coordination and efficient operations.

Education / Experience Requisites:
Must have minimum 2 years of hotel front desk experience
High school graduate or equivalent. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Working fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
