Xcel Physical Thearpy, is a member of the Confluent Health family of physical therapy and occupational therapy companies. We are looking for a full-time Front Desk Medical Receptionist with knowledge in insurace to join our AMAZING team! With the hours being Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Previous medical/dental front office, administrative, customer service, or front office experience preferred.
- History of working with insurance benefits, pre-authorization, and approval is preferred.
- Must successfully complete pre-employment standards.
A member of the Confluent Health family of physical therapy companies.

Front desk scheduling- Greeting patients, and checking them in and out for appointments
- Answering phones and email inquiries
- Collecting co-pays and other fees
- Obtaining pre-authorizations and insurance verifications
- Charting patient records in an Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
