- Check in/out clients
- Schedule and manage appointments online
- Manage supplement inventory & unpack supplement orders
- Organize files and other paperwork (mostly electronic/on computer)
- Answer phones/make calls
- Review and respond to emails
- Assist with clients in office
- Pull and put away supplements for clients
- Symptom review with patients
- Take notes in Treatment Room with New Patient visits and Re Evaluation Visits
- Optional opportunities down the road for additional training and income streams
- Room for growth!
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Microsoft Office (Word, PDF, Excel)
- QuickBooks Online
- Dropbox
- Google Voice/Google Docs
- Trello
- Signnow
- Acuity/Square Scheduling
- Instagram/Messenger/Many Chat

- Part time 30-32 hours to start and can go up

Additional info to note:
- Starting pay DOE and higher for those with the skill set to run things independently and efficiently after the trial period
- Bonus pay available in addition to hourly
- Must have at least 1 year experience working front desk or running a holistic health office or spa/salon environment, making appointments and interacting with patients/clients
