Duties:

• Running the front desk
• Administrative work: opening accounts, handling paperwork, answering phones
• Help with office event planning, workshops and seminars
• Additional administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to interact with clients
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Research skills
• Independent

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a brokerage industry
