Our growing pediatric neuroscience practice is seeking an energetic and organized individual to join our team. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits! The person will be responsible for providing great customer service through answering the phone, scheduling/confirming appointments, insurance verification /eligibility, patient co-pay/visit collections and other office responsibilities.

Someone who loves working with children, is friendly, compassionate, looking for longevity with a company and eager to learn will excel in this position. You will be working closely with patient families, physicians, staff, and visitors of our office space. Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills are essential.

Experience required. Excellent salary with competitive benefit package offered.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATION and EDUCATIONAL AND /OR EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Three - Five years of related experience and/or training is preferred.

- Communication skills: ability to effectively present information to patients, physicians, and other employees. Computer competency.

- Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred not required)
