Spy Ninjas HQ is a brand new family entertainment center in Las Vegas, based on “Spy Ninjas” - the hit family-friendly YouTube series, which has over 44 million subscribers and 15 billion views across multiple branded channels. The park will feature the best in virtual reality, multi-level escape rooms, climbing walls, a trampoline park, upwards of 100 arcade games, ax throwing lanes, and much more!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Front Desk/Retail Shift Lead (aka “Special Agent over Front Desk/Retail”), you are the front line of the Spy Ninjas HQ experience for all of our Guests (aka “Ninjas.”) Candidates must be outgoing, energetic, and safety conscious. They will take the lead and set a positive and professional example while performing front desk and retail duties. This will include everything from welcoming our Ninjas to checking them in and preparing them to experience all Spy Ninjas HQ has to offer. They will also stock and display inventory, help Ninjas redeem/purchase merchandise and provide them with masterful customer service. Be ready for a fast-paced, high-energy environment at our groundbreaking all-ages adventure park - Spy Ninjas HQ!

  • Welcome and engage with all Ninjas while being an ambassador for Spy Ninjas HQ
  • Assist with staff delegation and training
  • Assist Ninjas with all requests and answers questions as needed
  • Resolve guest requests and complaints
  • Conducts sales and recommends attractions and products based on Ninjas’ needs
  • Provides timely and accurate service while managing wait times and communicating information as needed to Ninjas, Team Members, and Managers
  • Responsible for checking in Ninjas, providing them all the needed information to have a fantastic experience at Spy Ninjas HQ
  • Practice proper cost controls by accurately scanning merchandise
  • Responsible for stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise in retail and storage areas
  • Assist in managing and restocking inventory on a daily and weekly basis
  • Properly positions and sets up displays to promote sales
  • Perform opening, mid-day, and/or closing duties
  • Support the proper execution of all processes, systems, and standards
  • Set a high standard and good example for Team Members regarding punctuality, attendance, attitude, cleanliness, and hygiene
  • Advocate risk management (Spy Ninjas HQ Safety Rules communication)
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company Team Members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment that will be conducive to maximum Team Member morale, productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness
  • Help maintain a clean environment in the lobby, front desk, and retail area; some janitorial duties will apply.
  • Bids farewell to Ninjas leaving. Ensures their experience was satisfactory and invites them to return
  • Attend regularly scheduled Team Member meetings and training sessions
  • Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
  • Other duties as required or tasked by Director of Guest Experience, General Manager or any other upper management

YOU WILL BE GREAT IF:

  • Have a high school diploma or GED
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Energetic personality, people-oriented and team player
  • Exhibit great leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service experience
  • Ability to speak and lead in front of groups, teach and train others
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient computer, keyboarding, and tablet skills
  • Have cash handling experience
  • Demonstrate excellent time management skills
  • Availability to work days, nights, and/or weekends
  • Have prior similar experience, amusement or hospitality experience a plus
  • CPR and first aid certified, or willing to become certified
  • Complete and pass a background check

YOU WILL REPORT TO:

  • Director of Guest Experience (aka Chief Special Agent over Guest Experience)

FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

HOURLY: $15/hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
