Job Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients in the office and over the phone and ensure an excellent patient experience.
- Provide effective and smart scheduling for patient appointments.
- Check in patients, obtain medical updates, and verify insurance eligibility.
- Check out patients, present treatment plans, discuss financial responsibilities, and collect payments.
- Monitor patient flow and communicate schedule updates with all team members.
- Exceptional customer service skills: positivity, friendliness, attentiveness, and patience
- Prior dental experienced required
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills with ability to overcome challenges
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and be productive while working on myriad tasks
- Team oriented with ability to work well in a collaborative environment
- Motivated to achieve goals
- Computer skills with ability to adapt to new technology- Dentrix experience strongly preferred
