Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Front-End Web Developer/Graphic Designer (creative coordinator) within the Marketing department in our corporate office located in St. Louis, MO. (Must reside or be willing to immediately relocate on own expense to St. Louis, MO) This role requires the candidate to be on-site at least 2 days a week – potentially more days if policy changes.

Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Front-End Web Developer/Graphic Designer (creative coordinator) within the Marketing department in our corporate office located in St. Louis, MO. The Front-End Web Developer/Graphic Designer (creative coordinator)
will report to the Creative Services Manager and will work with an extended team of designers for in-house design. This role does not directly interact with clients.
Responsibilities:

- Support the creative team to evolve PRFT brand standards, maintaining consistency across multiple assets
- Assist in providing art direction across a variety of projects – primarily web design, internal and external email campaigns, digital ads and campaigns, videos, marketing and sales materials, page layouts and communications, etc.
- Work in close collaboration with creative leaders, marketing leadership, and key company stakeholders to bring content and campaigns to life with compelling and modern creative
- Work with Email team in the execution of email marketing campaigns including building QA, testing, and reporting. Test/quality-check all links, images, product information, fine print, and landing pages.
- Keep current on the latest techniques of UX / UI design, html coding, graphics, and page layout, and seek new and innovative techniques within these disciplines
- Assist in website page development (design and functionality – Sitecore Platform)
- Leverage copy from our content team to craft exceptional visual components
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Ensure high-quality of creative is upheld and maintain high standards for creative development, execution, and attention to detail in all aspects

- Curious – Always learning and researching to understand the problem to be solved
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of demonstrated excellence in the creative or marketing space
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive design
- Strong understanding of web, email, and mobile design principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or other relevant fields
PLUS:
- SPA (Single-page Application) Framework experience: Angular JS, React, Redux and Webpack.
- Experience with email testing software (Litmus, Email on Acid), and deployment platforms (Marketo, Campaign Monitor, Pardot, etc.).
- .Net / Sitecore Experience
- Understanding of IT B2B industry
