Award-winning Young Joni is looking for a Front of House Manager!

We are currently looking for a Front of the House Manager who can contribute their industry skills and expertise while also learning and growing with us as a leader. If you want to work in an environment where your heart and creativity matter as much as your ability to accomplish basic FOH manager tasks, we want to meet you!
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in the FOH - BOH experience or both are great!
- 2 years experience in Restaurant Leadership
- Interest and ability to practice highly active, supportive management style while in service
- Passion for modeling and inspiring authentic hospitality
- Ability to maintain consistency and superior quality in a high volume environment
- Excitement about mentoring, coaching, and developing team members
- Experience navigating conflict with heart and integrity
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Literacy discussing financial goals/projections, responding to business trends and initiatives
- Ability to balance a fun, flexible environment with self-driven standards of professionalism
- A leader that is collaborative, creative, patient, flexible, and open to new ideas
- Basic restaurant and computer software knowledge: POS system, Excel, Gmail
- Experience in catering/banquet events are a plus!
- Open schedule including weekends and nights
- Attention to details with daily responsibilities

What you’ll need to be successful in this position:
- You’ve got a variety of experience in the hospitality industry; enough to know that there’s always room for growth and you’re dedicated to growing and developing in a leadership role
- A passion for leading people with an open mind and an open heart
- You’ve developed effective hospitality and interpersonal skills, and you’re more interested in sharing what you know while learning from others than being the expert with all of the answers
- You’ve got the courage to take risks and embrace failure as part of any creative process, you’ve also got the compassion to support others around you when they’re doing the same
