Position: Front of House Supervisor
Start Date: February 2023
Position Summary:
Skyline Social and Games is searching for an energetic, personable leader to join our team. As the Front of House Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to welcome guests as they start their entertainment experience, assist with leading a talented group of team members, answer guest questions, and learn valuable guest service and sales techniques. This candidate will oversee the front of the house operations while brainstorming and executing ways to bring our concept to the next level.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assistance with managing team members.
- Assist guests with their entertainment experience.
- Operate telephone, personal computer, and electronic cash register system.
- Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to guest concerns.
- Occasionally assist the League Coordinator with any league-related duties.
- Assist with arcade-related tasks.
- Comfortable handling cash.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Must “find the fun” in every shift.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18-years old or older.
- Experience working in fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Able to work occasional evenings and nights.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to stand on your feet for several hours.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Ability to work in an occasionally loud environment.
Compensation:
