Union Square Events is looking for a Front of House Attendant to join their growing team!

Who you are:

The Front of the House Attendant plays a critical role, at one of New York City's premier Hotels, in maintaining all meeting & event spaces, kitchens, working areas, and the hotel premises in general in a clean and orderly manner. Demonstrates a professional, friendly, warm and welcoming demeanor to all guests and employees.

What you’ll do:

• Set up all furniture and equipment in event spaces according to diagrams and management’s instruction, including but not limited to placing tables, chairs, flooring, risers, staging, couches, linens, placemats/blotters, office supplies, and packaged refreshments.
• Maintain the high standards of cleanliness and proper appearance throughout all areas of event venues
• Clean all event spaces and surrounding hallways
• Facilitate the flow of laundry and linen, ensuring their cleanliness, presentation, collection, and proper storage

• Have a full understanding of cleaning equipment and procedures and demonstrates the ability to confidently operate and utilize all equipment, tools, and supplies needed to keep all event spaces clean, sanitized, and tidy
