Genesis Cosmetic Laser Center, a top rated Florence County medical spa and plastic surgery center has a full time Front Office Patient Coordinator position available. The hours are Monday through Thursday, 9:00AM to 6:00PM.

Successful candidate must be energetic and motivated with a positive attitude. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Growth opportunities available! Responsibilities include:

-Handling phone calls- providing excellent customer service
-Scheduling appointments
-Greeting, checking patients in/out
-Educate patients on treatments and technologies and skin care products
-Preparing/managing electronic/paper medical records
-Perform, review and reconciliation of daily activity reports
-Helping to create an atmosphere that ensures the highest quality experience for patients
-Other administrative/accounting duties

Skills/Experience Required

-SPA, MEDICAL OFFICE, OR SKINCARE PRODUCTS SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
-Excellent communication and phone skills are critical
-Sales training/experience
-Strong computer skills
-High level of professionalism- including attire and appearance
-Ability to multi-task and prioritize
-Ability to think critically and adapt to a fast paced environment
-Good organization and time management skills
-High level of attention to detail
-Pro-active attitude towards completing tasks
-Willing to pitch in and work as a team
