Job description
The Front Office Manager will be directing and supervising the operational activities of the hotel’s front desk within corporate and hotel guidelines to provide the highest standards of courteous service while permitting acceptable profit levels.
What you will be doing:
- Manages the front desk, hotel lobby, and a seamless arrival and departure experience for guests
- Oversees all aspects of managing the Guest Services team including hiring, training and performance management
- Acts as liaison among multiple hotel departments and overall hotel operations
The ideal candidate for this role:
At least 1 year Front Office supervisory experience preferred or at least 3 years hotel Front Desk experience
