- Stay on the line, read tickets and start items right away.
- Follow Stix's recipes, portions and cooking procedures exactly every time to ensure quality and consistency.
- Complete prep list.
- Label, store and rotate product properly.
- Maintain cleanliness of deep fryers, reach-in coolers and kitchen hoods and filters.
- Deep-clean kitchen line daily.
- Help other team members as needed.
- Always put the customer first and prioritize tickets ahead of other tasks.
- Stay busy prepping and cleaning throughout shift.
- Help maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow food safety procedures.
- Complete opening, running, and closing side-work as well as daily cleaning duties.
