Department: Public Safety

Reports To: Chief of Public Safety

Primary Duties:

· Enforce community rules and regulations.

· Conduct mobile and foot patrols.

· Conduct amenity checks throughout shift.

· Issue citations when needed.

· Respond to calls for service.

· Generate incident reports for all calls for service.

· Work closely with law enforcement, fire and EMS.

· Take complaints from within the community.

· Issue guest and contractor passes as warranted.

· Provide directions to guest and contractors as necessary.

· Assist with traffic control at gates when needed.

· Perform all other duties as directed.

Requirements:

· Valid PA ACT 235 or in process to obtain certification.

· Prior Public Safety Officer experience preferred.

· Ability to deal professionally with the public.

· Strong communication skills.

· Must possess good decision-making skills and a high level of patience.

· Must be detailed oriented.

· Must be able to work with little or no supervision.

· Must possess valid driver’s license.

· Ability to follow standard operating procedures.

· Basic computer knowledge necessary.

· Must possess reliable transportation.

· Possess flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
