Job Requirements

The primary requirement of a Tropical Smoothie Cafe crew member is a commitment to the company’s purpose:

• Prepare smoothies and food that meets our specifications and high-quality standards
• Deliver Unparalleled Hospitality that ensures the customer is completely happy and satisfied
• Keep a restaurant that invites the customer to a delightful experience

Qualifications:

• Be enthusiastic, we can teach you the rest
• Must be hardworking, have integrity and exhibit a self-starter mentality
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• A sense of Urgency is key!
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs. We work with school/extracurricular activity schedules.
